Payment
Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept Cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
Arrival Time
Please arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes in advance. Have a seat in the lobby and your therapist will greet you shortly.
Cancellation Policy
The courtesy of a 24-hour advanced cancellation notice is requested. Failure to provide any notice will result in a charge of the full session cost. Providing less than 24-hour advanced notice or a same-day cancellation for any reason will be subject to a charge of 50% of the session fee.
Late Policy
To respect the appointment times of all clients, a delay may result in a shortened session with a full charge for the scheduled service.
Treatment of Minors
Clients under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the entire session. Signed consent for treatment is required for all minors aged 18 and under.
Gift Cards and E-Certificates
Cards nor certificates will be refunded. They are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value.
